High performance, ultra light eyepiece assembly. Full +2 to −6 diopter range, a generous eyebox and a stack that is built, centred and tested as one unit.

Element count, glass and prescription depend on the programme and are defined with each customer.

Ultra light

Every gram is a design decision.

Head-borne weight and forward lever arm matter to the operator. We remove mass in the places that cost the least optical performance.

Fewer elements through aspheres One aspheric surface can replace several spherical ones.
Precision molding or CNC polishing Aspheres that stay repeatable at production volume.
Thin-wall housing, lighter diopter Aluminium or engineering polymer, only where load requires it.
Low-profile cell Shorter stack, less weight, less leverage on the helmet mount.

Weight is balanced against MTF, distortion and flare control. Measured data is supplied for every part number.
